About LH Electrical Southwest Ltd

LH Electrical Southwest LTD is a company I formed more than 2 years ago after successfully trading as LH Electrical for almost 10 years.

we are part p and all work is fully insured for 3 years under NAPIT

We have worked extremely hard over the years to build a fair, trustworthy and reliable service; gaining some very good contacts and building strong relationships with customers and other tradesmen.

The jobs I have completed over the years include re-wires of all types, 2 bed houses, 5 bed houses, cottages, flats, maisonettes, shops, pubs and hotels; including small works in all types of properties listed above. We have completed work via the council, including bathroom disabled adaptions, (re-wiring showers, installing fans and pumps) distribution boards and re-wires in council properties. We have also done a lot of work in factories and industrial type buildings including the electrics, CCTV, security systems, telephone and tv points.

In the last year we have done some really great jobs. We fully re-wired \'The George\' pub on Pill road, including installing a security system, a fire alarm system and a CCTV system, the job had to be done in a very short space of time which we enjoyed doing as we really got to show just how reliable, well organised, professional and hard working we are, the lights we installed inside were up to 100 years old proving just how diverse we can be. We have also been doing work in a hotel in Bristol, involving a full kitchen re-wire and wiring of LED down lights in a few different areas of the hotel. We have also been doing small electrical work in a hotel in Bath, we are happy to go the extra mile even for smaller jobs, as long as the customer is happy I am happy.

we have done a lot of domestic re-wires including a big one recently in Clifton, there were around 60 LED down-lights in this job alone, it took 2 distribution boards to be able to fit all of the circuits in as it was a 4 story building with a lot of different electrical points, this and \'The George\' pub have been the two biggest jobs we have done recently but we have also done a lot of re-wires in smaller houses, 2 beds, 3 beds, flats and so on. We have done work in chip shops and some smaller shops around Bristol including \'The Premiere\' shops, more so around the South Bristol area, we have also done a lot of distribution boards and testing of properties to get them up to date and comply with 17th edition electrical regulations, especially on houses or flats that are being rented out.
Overall I have done a lot more work on domestic and commercial properties than industrial properties, gaining a huge amount of experience, however we have still done plenty of work on industrial type properties and have still gained a lot of experience in this type of electrical works

Thank you for reading my profile in full and i hope to be working with you in the future

Many thanks

We are a fully qualified electrical company, fully insured for up to five million pounds.

Any employees are also insured for there safety of up to ten million pounds.

I gained my NVQ LEVEL 3 and Electrical Diploma around 11 years ago after completing my apprenticeship at Brunel college.

I have completed asbestos awareness training and more recently health and safety training.

I have also gained my 17th edition qualification and my part P in the last 5 years.

I have been trained in testing and inspection and to under take any kind of electrical works, any one else who works under me will also have the same qualifications unless they are electrical mates/ apprentices

We are governed by an organisation called NAPIT, who are now becoming a very widely known and respected governing body, I chose NAPIT over Nic as they came across to me as a lot more helpful and easier to get on with than Nic, what they do is over see my work and send out their own certificate via the government to your address after the job is complete, they only deal with me directly so you don't have to worry about getting a random visit from Napit.

Thank you for taking the time to read our profile, we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Many thanks,
