Rob was and is my hero :-) I had been abandoned by a previous tradesman after he removed my kitchen and placed only part of the flat pack cupboards. I was 6 weeks and counting with no kitchen and no joiner / tradesman to fit it. I wasn't giving up and posted a job to have the oak worktops sitting my hallway placed around a Belfast sink. Rob replied. When he turned up he couldn't believe I had no kitchen for so long with no means to have it fitted. He had originally planned to just fit the worktop but he took pity on me and spontaneously carved out an entire week of his time (which he had taken off in preparation for the calling of his new role lecturing in joinery 👨‍🎓) to fit my kitchen with the help of his son. He charged me minimal vs his usual costs to meet my max budget. But he did not compromise on quality. This man has all the kit and he is an absolute perfectionist in his work. He installed the most beautiful and solid kitchen I could have hoped for. And he did all this with a wonderful attitude of kindness and patience. I have never been so grateful to anyone, truly. This was an act of charity and pure decency and that was not wasted on me. A true gentleman. And skilled craftsman. Thank you Rob!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
