    After the initial contact, Kyle came to our flat quickly and provided a quotation. The price is reasonable so I have agreed for him to carry out the repair. After a long wait, Kyle and his team have replaced the broken windowsill. All works have been done within a half-day and the quality of work is good.
    Overall, I am happy with his work, but communication is a challenge.
