Knight Pyatt is a respected architectural practice with over 22 years experience in architectural design for residential, commercial and industrial clients. This includes the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications for projects including single storey or two storey extensions, garage conversions, loft conversions, barn conversions, new builds and internal alterations.

About Knight Pyatt

Andrew first started in the construction industry in 1996 as an Assistant Building Surveyor where he gained qualifications on a part-time basis from Stockport College and Salford University before graduating in 2003.

He then furthered his professional training at the East Cheshire NHS Survey Department before moving onto an Architectural Practice based in Warrington where his expertise developed.

In 2008 he became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE)

In 2009 he returned to Macclesfield and joined Keith Knight to set up Knight Pyatt Ltd.

In 2012 after three years as partners Keith retired and Andrew became Managing Director and plans to develop and broaden the company in the long term.
