About Kitchin Construction Ltd

I started my own company in 1965, since then I have done new build, extensions, conversions, disabled access alterations, Council grant work and various other projects.
We built the RNLI Life Boat Centre on Marine Road Central in Morecambe. This work was carried out for Mowlems.
In the 1990's we did many pub restorations for Mitchell's Brewery of Lancaster including The Victoria at Glasson Dock, The Globe at Overton, Morecambe and the Slip Inn in Lancaster.
We have built several small housing developments in areas such as 6 houses in the 1970's in Hest Bank, 17 properties at Heysham Head, Heysham and 10 at Twemlow Parade in Heysham.
We have built retirement flats at The Crescent, Hest Bank.

Having been in business for 52 years we have covered all aspects of building works.

Qualifications

Time served joiner. Myself and my son are both time served joiners, my Son has been a joiner for over 25 years. We employ the best tradesmen available, and always offer a very professional service.
