I've just finished a full 3 bed house renovation incl kitchen and bathrooms with the team at Kingsmere and couldnt be happier. From the get-go Carl provided a quote with breakdown for each item (rare in the industry), was happy to make changes to fit my budget, and then was communicative throughout the project. A huge shout out to Derek who was so helpful, explaining what and why he was doing things, checking I was happy with each step before moving on, and bringing a very positive and chirpy attitude to the build-site each day. I couldnt recomend them highly enough - I have infact already passed on their details to a few others already, and hope to have another project for them in 2023..watch this space Carl 😀

I would 100% recommend KKI Ltd. Carl and the team were fantastic to work with; communication was always very good and the team were there every day I expected them. The quality of the work is excellent, and I’m so pleased with the finish. They fitted a new kitchen, bathroom, replaced floor joists, as well as fitting a new floor. They also built built in wardrobes and cupboards and painted and decorated the whole house, amongst other smaller jobs. The team seemed to take real pride in their work and seemed invested in doing a good job. The job ran over slightly, but it’s an old house and, through no fault of their own, the job ended up slightly bigger than expected. Carl seemed very honest and eager to do a good job and build a reputable business. I will definitely use them again for any future work.
