About K. A. & R. Pankhurst
I work, only, with my son and we have carried out many complete bathroom/shower room re-fits. This includes removing all existing wall and floor tiles back to the substrate. The new bathroom is entirely to the customers requirements or design. I am always happy to suggest designs or potential enhancements. I will replace and/or move existing pipe work and drainage to suit the new bathrooms requirements. To the required WRAS standards. Using only the appropriate materials to the required standards.
We also fit kitchens. This can include the flooring, be it tiles, natural wood or laminate etc. We have also carried out a lot of interior stud walling and dry lining. We work in a professional manner and always sweep and Hoover at the end of the day and try to cause the least disruption to the customer as possible. We always strive to achieve the best possible finish at the best possible price in the best possible time. I am proud to say that We have never had any complaints from clients regarding our work over the years.
I am a time served tradesman with over twenty five years of experience in the trades that I work in. I have taken on probably ninety per cent of my work by recommendation from previous customers. I guarantee my work and if you are unhappy with anything at any stage, I will rectify it to your requirements. I don't knock anyone with certificates and accreditations in anyway shape or form. But I have never felt that just because Someone has a piece of paper stating that they can fit your bath or tile your walls or lay your kitchen floor means that They can do it well and to a high standard. I let my work talk for me. With that said I am currently training to take my master plumber qualifications later this year. I am up to speed with all HSE requirements and all current WRAS standards (water regulations) and I am fully compliant with all of them.
