About KC Maintenance
I have 18 years experience in all aspects of property maintenance, from first fix plumbing and electrical installation to painting and decorating.
I also do security installation, plus landscaping.
My work is of very high standard and I pay attention to detail.
My most recent work was a 3 storey block of flats with 9 apartments, I was tasked with painting and decorating the entire block inside and out, as well as landscaping the grounds. This project won me a sub contract with the local letting agency that manages the apartment block, this was a very proud moment for me.
I am now looking to expand my Clientele.
