Nick and the team built our single storey extension plus completed a number of other improvements to our house. The extension looks great and was built as planned and on budget. Nick always responded to my calls, texts, and emails and all the team have been extremely helpful, polite, adaptable, hardworking, and easy to get on with. Nick helped me understand and navigate building control requirements and explained what was happening at each stage and kept me up to date on timescales. He also coordinated all of the work between the sub-contractors. No job was too big or small and any problems were resolved without fuss.

Nick and the team did a great job start to finish and completed the build quickly despite the various delays with materials that everyone was facing due to Covid.

The price quoted was the price paid, which for us was really important.

The build went very well, the various contractors were professional, organised and on time. The finished extension is fantastic, as it means I now have wheelchair access in the kitchen and lounge and to the patio and garden. From the initial quote to final day, everything was done to quote budget, which was very important to us.
