Justword Ltd covers all damp issues from the chimney down to the damp proof course (Over 30 years experience). In some cases damp issues are caused by combined issues such as water ingress through a unused chimney, defective exterior paintwork, cracked render, Bridged damp proof course, blocked or incorrectly installed guttering (To mention a few of the common causes). Experience and keen observation is key to putting a effective solution forward.

Justword Ltd will only offer honest advice, over the years we have saved our customers many thousands by putting the correct solution together which in many cases is the cheapest as well as the most effective.

Once the issues are resolved then the restoration of the interior can be done effectively, damp and mould growth can cause real damage and health issues if left untreated. Justword Ltd offers all remedial services using only in-house trusted staff. Interior and exterior decoration are cornerstones of our business, we also maintain a number of rental properties and act as trusted tradespeople to local estate agents and private landlords for all building aspects from the weird and wonderful to the mundane. Recent projects have included eliminating damp in a Grade 2* castle, this was a project which in total cost the client £3,500.00...The other quote put forward was a staggering £46,000.00 needless to say the client was very happy with both the elimination of damp and the saving!

We take pride in our work and are sensitive to our customers concerns and worries. A written report is offered on completion and backed up with photographic evidence for peace of mind and insurance purposes. Most work including roofing, penetrative damp issues and exterior painting / coatings is backed with a 10 year guarantee.
