Silviu and his collaborators were very efficient and the job they have done was absolutely brilliant. Since I moved to UK, It has been very difficult to find very good British people making works in the house, but they are Romanian and worked for long in Italy where I come from, and this did make the difference (Italian builder are much much better!!) They were very kind, trustworthy, precise and they had the bad luck to work with a very exigent Italian woman, but they have fulfilled all my requests. So I do really recommend Silviu and his collaborators.

Arranged viewing of flat roof repair to my double garage on a Sunday morning. They arrived promptly and agreed work required. The job was arranged for a week hence and completed in 2 days. Silviu was great, He did an excellent job on replacing existing 30sqm flat roof, he even sealed the pipes for the extraction. The quality of the product he used and his workmanship is amazing.
At first when I was given a quote I thought it was expensive as its just felt roof, however when I looked at the work being carried out and the materials which were being used I realised that this is some high end stuff.
I will defo 100% recommend Silviu and just flat roof to all friends and family.

Overall happy with the work. The finish of the felt isn't "picture perfect" as there are a couple of faint bootprints on there which for most properties wouldn't be a problem but as we overlook the roof from the stairs window it is a little bit of a shame but perhaps that is always a risk with the heat-based felting process. The edging looks much neater than the previous roof and most importantly a couple of years on and no leaks. There were some tricky details also with a sunken section and rooflight. They offered a very competitive price and the guarantee, so overall happy.

My job was a little unusual in that the roof in question is a green (sedum) roof, and the acidity of the soil might have compromised a standard roof covering. Just Flat Roof responded very intelligently to this need, liaising with the planting experts, selecting a covering appropriate for this type of roof, and relaying the sedum covering after the job had been completed. The job was completed quickly and the quote was reasonable. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in suggesting that, as their name implies, Just Flat Roof should be your default choice for Flat Roof problems in the Oxford area.

Quick response and site survey followed up by a speedy quotation for the job. Very competitive, including back up trade warranty. Very efficient communication with Daniel and date fixed to do the work. Re-roofing of converted garage area all completed in less than a day - very tidy job and looks to be of a high standard of finish. Brilliantly cleared up as they went along and no problems.

Just Flat Roof fixed our leaky extension roof about a month ago, we have had heavy rain several times and it is not leaking any more. They communicated well with us, came when they said they were going to, and seemed to take pride in the work done. I would recommend them and use them again based on this.
