About JNR Building Ltd

Julian began in the construction industry as a bricklayer's labourer which in his eyes was the best way to learn the trade. During this time he attended college and gained his qualifications. Julian has since built the business JNR Building ltd in which he uses a close net of trades that are trusted to carry the name. The JNR team can cope with anything from small maintenance works to a complete new build.

Julian continues to expand his skills and as such has become a fully qualified and approved BBA installer of fibreglass roofs and are also able to offer K Rend services on all properties new and old.

Now Accredited to offer Liquid floor screeds to property’s old and new

Qualifications

City and Guilds ICA in Trowel Occupations.

NVQ in bricklaying.

NVQ IN Specilist Concrete Finishing.

BBA Approved Fibreglass roofing with 20 year quarantees

CITB SMSTS Qualification (an important thing to have with todays regulations and requirements)

Certificated first aider

Health and Safety qualification.

Fully insured with public and employers cover.

I am a City and Guilds and NVQ qualified Bricklayer aswell as being qualified in specialist concrete finishing.

City and Guids qualified Epoxy resin installer for all flooring and surface requirements.

We also have a team of other qualified trades avaliable to complete any other jobs i'm not specialised in myself.

We carry out all building works to a high standard and at a competitve price.
