Beautiful extension, so pleased with Jon’s work…tradesmen were professional and even during Covid always kept us informed. Jon was easy to get hold of, always came round at each stage of the build to check everything was completed as it should be, and to make sure if we were happy with everything.

Can’t thank him enough, for his professionalism and the amazing kitchen we now have! I wouldn’t go anywhere else if we need anything else doing…

From the moment Jon and his team began work on our extension we new we had chosen a professional outfit, Jon very much kept me in the loop as to what was happening on each phase of the build, we wanted Jon to manage the build and this he did arranging the relevant colleagues and suppliers to deliver what was needed and what quantity, i.e. from Skips to Plumbers and Electricians. As with any build it will come with its challenges for example the drainage having to be all redirected and new drains submitted, deeper foundations than first thought, even down to delivering the correct colour brick so as to not look different to the main building, Jon took all the obstacles in his stride which gave us peace of mind that he would deliver the extension to a high standard of which they have...
Jon works with a small team of really good lads but also when it came to having a sub team to do particular work i.e. Electrics, Plumbing and Joiners they also showed passion to deliver what was required..
Like any build there has been areas of concern but I can say honestly that Jon has never side tracked or washed his hands of the issues, he supported us in finding a resolve which was best for both parties.
Finally I would recommended JP Ashley very highly indeed, and can say that Jon Ashley is as passionate about delivering to the highest standard and speck that is possible to make your vision a success.
