About Donald Thomas Builders
Donald Thomas Builders have been established for over 25yrs, we work genarally in the Lampeter area but are accustom to travelling.
We are a relatively small multi skilled workforce of 8 which includes time served bricklayer, plasterer, carpenter and kitchen fitter not forgetting our trusty labourer.
All employees are encouraged to attend skills courses together with any relevant health and safety courses
The majority of our work would be extensions, revovations and ground work as the case profiles would suggest, but we are equally at home with new builds.

Builder required for extension Extensions
We had 'Donald Thomas Builders' to build our extension. We were quite nervous about the process as it is a lot of money and you hear such horror stories. We needn't have worried. Donald approached the quotation process and the build in a very professional and organised way. We were given a schedule of work and timetable and what we would pay at the different stages of the build. When his team began work we couldn't fault them. They were punctual, worked really hard and were very polite. We found Donald and his team very accommodating when we changed a couple of things during the build they made it painless for us. Our architect came along at various stages of the build to check on our behalf and he told us he was so impressed with the standard of the work he has recommended Donald and his team to some of his clients. I can't think of a higher accolade. Would I recommend them ... most definitely and if I every needed any building work doing I would definitely use Donald and his team again.

build a partition wall Bricklaying
Donald Thomas was highly professional at all times. He quoted for the task, organised the delivery of the materials to the site, turned up on time with Keith his carpenter. By the time I got hope at 4pm, the wall was completed and the area was being cleaned and cleared of all off cuts, brick dust and surplus materials. A very thorough job done and to a very high standard.
We will gladly employ and recommend Donald and Keith for our future planned building work.

Positive Client Reference taken by MyBuilder Extensions
Donald converted run down disused external toilets into public functional use, suitable for disabled and baby changing facility. I cannot fault him. He is professional, friendly, does a good job. His staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and skillfull. I am very pleased with the work done. If you can ever be proud of toilets - we are proud of them. I would recommend him.
