I am Pca (Property Care Association) trained and qualified damp proofing contractor, Triton trained and approved. Specialising in all damp proofing and timber treatments, anything from rising damp to woodworm. Surveys and written reports available. There is only ONE Association to gain qualifications for damp and Remedial Works and that's the Pca ( property care association) which we have.Please note you should always get a survey for any damp/ remedial works never a quote!!!.

I've worked on many projects large and small from treating Lackford Manor for dryrot, to the average terraced house for dampness. I also do plastering,repointing and brickwork. Ive been trained by two csrt and cssw surveyors and by the Pca, I served a 4 year apprenticeship for a highly rated specialist damp proofing company in London. And worked on many projects for which i gained high respect from peabody housing trust.We also work very closely with several big building contractors round the East Midlands area.

PCA Health and safety certificate.
I also hold a certificate for coshh (Control of substances hazardous to health).cbr police checked.I have also sat the asbestos awareness course. Certificates shown in pictures
