I obtained my NVQ level 3 qualification in 2006, I have enhanced my skill’s by learning general garden landscaping and slabbing since. I take pride in my work and ensure it is too a high standard at all times which leaves me highly satisfied. I offer free quotation’s and a professional service.

About JM Builders

I started out as an Apprentice in 2002 working for Bloor Homes. This involved working 4day’s per week whilst the remaining day was for day release at Stafford College working towards NVQ Level 2 which was a 2 year course.
After completing my NVQ level 2 qualification in 2004 I went back to College the following year to complete NVQ Level 3.
Once my apprenticeship had finished in 2005 I carried on working for Bloor Home’s till 2008. My reason for leaving at the time was due to the nature of the work in which I was only building new build’s, garden walls and wanted to be a more knowledgeable builder and to enhance my prospects.
I then worked with a fellow bricklayer in 2008 who was skilled in landscape gardening, I worked with my colleague for a couple of year’s and gained more experience and knowledge of the building trade.
Since leaving Bloor Homes in 2008 I have completed work on extension’s, garden wall’s, repointing wall’s, chimney repair’s, slabbing for patio’s and pathways and general landscaping.

    Excellent quality of work re-pointing brickwork of a large 1937 detached house in Tutbury, Burton-upon-Trent. Service included use of a drone camera to survey roof and chimney stacks. Recommended.
