Jim and Ryan were excellent at providing me with wired fire and heat detectors as well as a CO Alarm, EICR and PAT testing for my flat. They informed me of everything that they were doing, why they were doing it and gave me options when an issue was identified. Cannot recommend them enough and will be using them as my preferred electricians when I rent out my property in the near future!

Jim was excellent. He carried out everything for the ECIR very efficiently and explained to me all of the requirements for a satisfactory report. After initially hiring Jim for what I thought to be a fairly small job on a plug socket the project quickly grew arms and legs as the problem was larger than I realised. Jim was fantastic and was able to talk me expertly through the added process of what would be needed to progress the job. He was also able to recommend a plasterer, this was invaluable as this was another area I knew nothing about. Both jobs were really well done, quickly and professionally. Jim was great. From initial contact to completion of the job. He was very clear about price and timing and explained everything to me. The job ended up being much more complicated than originally thought, but Jim stuck with it and saw it through to completion and did a great job.

It's always a little traumatic when choosing a tradesman, But I have to say, Jim's electrical services were excellent & done in a very professional and timely manner. He made immediate contact by telephone and then kept in touch by explaining in detail all works needed & confirmed all costs involved. Not only did he do a fantastic job he was extremely reliable & also gave a lot of support in making sure that any quotes were within my budget..which resulted in building up a trusting & good working relationship for me.

It was quite good for me. Jim had given me a free call-out for upgrading new consumer unit. At that time he was also happy to help me to fix the electricity lost in the kitchen for free. After inspecting the things, he explained what he will do in details very clearly and gave me a quote. It was a reasonable price if I compare to another quote from other contractors. After the job done, he was also willing to help me to fix some minor issues around the house as well.

The work required was for my elderly parents and Jim called me 20 before he was due to arrive giving me plenty of time to get there. He had also called me to get a bit more information so was fully prepared. He was very friendly and professional, he completed the works he could within half an hour and assisted us getting the help we needed from SPN and Electricity board as he identified they needed to complete external works. He even wrote out the script of what to report to SPN and the call operator was very impressed. These external works got completed Sunday afternoon and Jim came straight out to complete additional works - connecting main earthing conductor as advised was dangerous not to do this right away. He certainly went above and beyond and all this was done on over the weekend. Our family are very grateful. And it this was not already a good endorsement, his pricing was very reasonable, no call out charge, just charged for his time. I would highly recommend Jim and will certainly use his services again.

Would highly recommend Jim for your electrical work. Tricky problem with a double light switch that had many connections. I have another couple of electrics I want sorted and will be asking Jim back to do them. Hard working and reasonably priced.

Jim was the first electrician that I invited and got a quick response. Jim was also the only electrician out of all of those who showed interested to come out and complete a proper evaluation before giving me a writing quotation (which was very reasonably) including a complete test before and after the installation. During the evaluation we discussed different options weather I needed a spur time switch and we both agreed that I didn't actually need one due to options that I can do in future developments. Jim worked extremely hard and didn't stop until the job was done.

Jim visited on Tuesday to assess the job and explained in detail what the job entailed. The cooker was due to be delivered on Thursday, called Jim when cooker arrived and he was at my house within the hour. Very happy with Jim's work which was not as straight forward as it should have been. Jim worked through quite a few obstacles to install plug sockets but he was patient and persistent and finished the job exactly as I wanted. Very pleased with the electrical work Jim carried out. He encountered a few unexpected problems but didn't let that beat him. He worked hard for 6 hours and came back exactly when he said he would the next day to complete job. He's very friendly and tidy too so I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
