What a star!
Joe did the "simple" job of carpeting our stair to such a high standard I was mightily impressed (not is simple in a 1884 Victorian cottage where nothing is straight or square).
Next I set Joe the difficult task of finding a solution to re-levelling the section of our kitchen floor left unlevel by some poor poring of concrete. As a plasterer to trade Joe's solution was to rebuild up the level to take care of the various slopes. This meant 3 separate applications before laying the new lino.
Joe did this to such a high standard, without compliant I can't thank him enough all at a very good price.
When we re-do our bedroom and we need plastering and carpeting done Joe will be the one I'll call.

Joe was very friendly, open and a hard worker, he communicated well with me and was understanding and flexible when the delivery of my carpet & underlay was delayed. Very happy with his work, will be in contact when I decide to replace the carpet in the rest of my place. Thanks so much, Joe!

Found joe on my builder by chance as I wanted to get a carpet fitted the same day after being let down by someone else. Spoke to Joe who moved his other work around to enable him to fit my carpet that day. His price was very reasonable and his workmanship was first class. I really couldn't recommend joe more. He was really understanding when i had to push my carpet fitting back twice. And when he finally came, he arrived on time, did a beautiful job fitting my carpet and was very respectful of my house. Furthermore, being a single young lady, i felt very comfortable around him, and he conducted himself in a very professional and friendly manner.

As i struggle to find good, reasonably priced tradesmen, I was delighted to learn that he has just passed his exams as a plasterer. I therefore also hired him to plaster my feature fireplace, and it came as no surprise that he did a flawless job.

There was a very minor problem with my fitting job where the carpet fits under the door trim. I thought it related to the underlay. Anyway I telephoned Joe and he was back the next day to look at it. The problem appeared to be caused by the thickness of the underlay and perhaps some uneven wooden boards underneath. Jo has done his best to remedy it and I am happy.

So the fitting was good, possibly more importantly, I was happy how Joe responded to what was perceived to be a problem. Customer service counts for a lot and Joe gave me this. I would happily use him again.
