As first-time developers, we were nervous about employing builders. If you are in a similar situation, Roy is your builder. Price-wise, he was in the middle ground of the quotes we received, but he is a complete perfectionist and the work throughout the project was of an impeccable standard. Most importantly, Roy came in absolutely on-budget. We did go slightly over, but only because we changed our mind on certain things during the project- underfloor heating (if you haven’t budgeted for it, it’s a must!).
Roy’s contractors are all incredibly committed, turning up when they say they will (even Sundays) and tidying up after themselves. Equally, they were considerate with the neighbours and great with our young son.
Our build presented many challenges for Roy and his team, however these were all dealt with the minimum of fuss and intrusion. Roy was always happy to answer queries, no matter how obscure and kept us informed throughout of any issues. Despite several obstacles, the work was completed on time as well.
I can say with complete sincerity, that I will happily recommend Roy and would definitely employ him again for any future work.

Jenrose Projects have been excellent to work with over the duration of the project. The skill sets shown by the various tradesmen from the brickwork, leadwork and plastering to name but three has been top class. Jack and Roy have also donated very positively to the build, supplying advice and suggestions appropriately and understanding the spirit of the build. As a listed building, they also managed the relationships between, building control, conservation and budgetary constraints well. The build was achieved on budget, and bearing in mind some 3rd party delivery constraints, pretty much as per schedule. We are very pleased with the results, both in terms of aesthetics and in quality of build. It looks and feels superb. We have no hesitation in recommending Jenrose for similar projects, we will be using them in the future!
