i have been in the building industry for the last 33 years. my main trade is joinery. i also do bathroom re fits and tiling. complete refurbishments,decking,parquet and hardwood flooring,period mouldings, bespoke hand made units. loft conversions

i have 33 years experience city and guilds qualified also have my asbestos awareness qualification i have ratings from the jobs i have completed and all my jobs are done to a very high standard and to my customers details.

    Jdk joiners completed the job on time as promised. They were very professional and the work was finished to a very high standard. I would high recommend John Docherty and his team to anybody looking to have work carried out in their homes.

  • Alterations required to floored loft

    John and Darren, completed work in our loft, taking out stairs leading into the loft, reflooring, re-opening hatch and installing a loft ladder. We also required a radiator removed, this was done by a plumber organised by John. The work was done to a high standard and very reasonable. I would highly recommend John and Darren for all joinery work.

    Superb job completed by John Docherty and his team. He organised everything including plasterer, electricians etc. Job completed 2 days early. Always cleaned up at the end of the day too.
