We have been in the building industry for over 25 years, serving small and large clients from housing developments to small projects in the domestic market. All our work is inspected and approved by LABC, NHBC inspectors or the equivalent body depending on the work in progress.
All the domestic work which we have designed and completed has been approved by the client before and during the works as the customer has to be completely satisfied that we are doing exactly what they have in mind. This makes things easier for both parties.

Some of our work includes:

Block paving, slabbing, tarmac, drives and footpaths.
Excavating footings and concreting to levels.
Drainage, including manhole construction and repairs, diversions around new buildings etc.
Fencing.
Traditional and block and beam floor construction from footings to oversite including power float finish.
Landscaping, turfing, new driveway construction.
Garden maintenance.
New road and sewer construction with NRSWA qualified operatives.
All aspects of commercial groundworks with CSCS plant operators.
JCB mini digger to large 360 excavator operators and machine hire.

We can provide experience and knowledge of most groundwork/landscaping projects which the customer would want advice about.
Our projects include complete housing developments which we supplied all groundwork and landscaping leading to further work completed and in progress.
One of our latest projects was to redevelop an overgrown garden with a completely new design, including taking down and rebuilding a 1m wide 11m long and 1.8 m high stone wall using traditional lime and white cement mortar. Also the removal of an old fishpond, infill and turf over making a new lawn edged with reclaimed Victorian clay bricks and a new patio and paving to match.
Another project was to supply a new gravel drive to match the existing housing and a winding footpath along the front to new paving around the house all with reclaimed materials.
Laying of traditional granite cobble sets as a rumble strip to a block paved drive to a new property was also a challenging project to make the cobbles fit in with the new paving. The customer was very pleased when we showed them the finished surface and gave us more similar projects as the result.
