    Very punctual
    Was told the glass would be around 3/4 days wait time which I was happy with.
    James managed to Order and change the four units within 24hours.

  • Sliding to hinged

    Although there was a problem with the door size at the start, not James's fault, he made sure it could be used until a replacement was made even after it caused him an injury when it fell on him. He kept me informed of what was happening and turned up on the day he said he would with his mate to fit the new door and sealed units for the windows. Everything was left cleaned up and tidy. He came back to make some adjustments to the door locking system very quickly and I'm very pleased with the job. The new door and sealed units have definitely improved the temperature in the porch and front of the house as he said they would. The hinged door has made a great difference to the porch so much easier than the old sliding one.

  • Conservatory glass doors

    Would definitely recommend James. Very professional and reliable and he did a great job at replacing our glass doors in the conservatory and fitting a new cat flap.
