I have 18 years experience in construction/ building I am a time served plaster for over 16 years. I use all time served and qualified tradesmen myself as we like to keep a high standard of work and all jobs to run smooth. We under take work from the smallest patch to full house renovations.

About Impact Building Services

I have 16 years of experience in plastering, rendering and damproofing. Throughout these 16 years I have built up an extensive knowledge of plastering both internally and externally on a range of properties including new builds, listed buildings, residential properties, renovations, restorations and care homes.

I also have experience of traditional lime plastering whilst working on listed buildings.

My knowledge of rendering includes 4 different types of render application; traditional flat sand and cement render; tyrolean spray application; monocouche scratch render and insulated render. I gained a greater knowledge of monocouche render and insulated render whilst working in Germany.

I have experience in restoring fire and flood damaged properties having previously been subcontracted to a company working throughout the UK.

With regard to damproofing I have a wide knowledge of this including various methods such tanking systems to above and below ground and injecting systems which applies to above ground level. I have used these methods/systems on various buildings/areas including lift shafts, swimming pools, cellars, new builds etc.

Qualifications

Time served plasterer with 16 years experience and knowledge in all aspects of plastering, rendering (including sand & cement, monocouche render, tyrolean spray systems and insulated render), coving up to 12 inch depth and restoration.

Damproofing including injection and tanking methods above and below ground level with a 25 year back guarantee.
