I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. I contacted Andrew to carry out the building work of removing an interior weight loading wall to open up 2 rooms to create a large kitchen. Andrew advised me on all that needed to be considered before starting the works: contacting building control and employing a structural engineer. He provided a clear estimate for the building works and that he did not require payment until the work was complete. Andrew and his team were able to co-ordinate the building work with the kitchen fitters and plumber. Andrew and his team made the whole process stress free, completed the building work to schedule, removed all building waste and left space clean. The standard of work was excellent, removing wall, installing load bearing beam, boarding, plastering walls and ceiling. I would definitely contact Andrew again for any future building work.

Mr Illingworth is amazing. Not a term I use lightly I can explain. I was quoted 5 weeks to do a job wich he completed in 4 days perfectly. He then helped in suggesting other traders that he also looked out for me to make sure there where performing. He and his company are polite, clean, helpful and respectful.
