They even reduced the quote after they tested the system and realised I didn't need a (significant) extra part that would have increased the flow. Followed up with visits after and communication very good also.

    Mark and his team were fantastic. They installed my 2 new boilers, replaced my mega flo, removed a third boiler and connected the whole system up again in just a couple of days. They worked very hard and were always very polite and friendly. Mark kept me informed throughout and answered all of my questions. At the end of the job they made sure that they removed all the old parts and rubbish and left everything as they found it.     Mark was extremely efficient, accommodating and courteous when it came to organising a visit as well as during all communications.

    My boiler problem had been incorrectly diagnosed by another outfit (Pimlico Plumbers) as well as providing an extortionate quote for the repair.

    Mark found the actual problem almost immediately and was very patient in explaining it and all the potential considerations. He was accurate in his time estimations for the completion of the job and reasonably priced.

    Mark was great. He came round promptly, diagnosed the problem and was honest enough to tell me that it could be fixed under my British Gas contract which would be cheaper for me. I will certainly use him again.

    Mark from Ignis Installations arrived and diagnosed the fault with my boiler system where fuses kept blowing. He bypassed the programmer and got the boiler working and informed me that I need a new programmer. He specified a programmer which was a direct replacement and informed me that I could buy and replace it if I so wished in order to save money or he would do the work himself. I decided to purchase and fit one myself which I have done and the system is now working perfectly. So far no fuses have blown.
    I would use Mark again as he was very friendly and helpful and appeared to be very good at fault finding.

    Wow! What a great experience! I used Ignis Installations to replace an old boiler and cylinder with a new combi system. Mark was very professional, he explained what the job would entail beforehand and he provided a competitive and well laid out quote. The job was completed within the expected timescales, there were no surprise costs and the workmanship was very, very professional. Before the work started, Mark laid out dust clothes everywhere, so my house was not trashed (much appreciated). Mark came back the next day to take me through the warranties and show me how to use the new system. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. After many awful experiences with workmen in the past I was worried about paying out my hard earned cash to someone I didn't know, but I had nothing to worry about. Mark has restored my faith. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks!
