Ian Warren Brickwork

The extension has come out great and we are very pleased with the space gained. The bathroom is stunning. Ian was very approachable to discuss details and make changes through the job.

Ian and IW Brickwork have just completed a single storey extension for us. The workmanship and pride in the job was plain to see. The whole team are a credit to the industry.

To say we had our apprehensions at the start of the process would be an understatement but throughout the build and before when we were discussing our plans, Ian has been on hand at every point and has taken control and put us at ease. His backing team are brilliant and always go the extra mile to provide a customer with a first rate experience.

The build did have stumbling blocks, mainly to do with the building regulators and the depth of the foundations but when this was solved it was plain sailing.

I cannot convey how hard working and diligent IW Brickwork are and would fully recommend them to anyone who wants building work done on their home.

Also, Ian has a network of quality contractors that step in at given times e.g. plumbers, plasterers and electricians all of which did Ian proud and worked to the same ethic.

This experience although was daunting at first, the outcome has been superb. We are so happy with the extension, kitchen and bathroom that was built.

I would recommend Ian and IWB to anyone that has wants to have building work done to their property.

Lastly, Ian and Team treat your property with respect and never leave mess and always act with utter professionalism.
