About Ian mills

Hi, we are a small friendly business that has been surrounded by windows and doors for the last 27 years.
We take great pride in our work and keeping our customers happy.
We mainly work off recommendations from previously happy customers.
we are new on here but are ready to start building a great reputation on here as well.
We cover all aspects of double glazing and have a high quality range of products.
Alternatively we offer our customers to source their own products, we can survey for you, then come back to install once your product is ready.
We have lots of experience installing bi-folding doors and working in conservation areas with listed buildings etc.
Thanks for taking the time to look us up.
Hopefully we can speak soon.

Thanks Ian and sons.

Very efficient and did a great job. He responded promptly to my request.

  • Leaking conservatory roof

Fast response turned up as promised and accommodated work at weekend. Polite honest and hopefully job sorted next rain fall will confirm. To be fair has promised to return if leak not solved no charge can’t say fairer than that
    Great experience thank you

  • Make good single pane window frame in period flat

    DO NOT WORK WITH IAN.

Ian & his team came to quote for double glaze windows after completing a minor job and quoted me a price. They requested a £1,200 deposit, with 3-week lead time.

We paid the deposit on 4th November 2022, the install date was then delayed till after Xmas and ultimately pushed back again and again till it became apparent no windows had ever in fact been ordered. He just spent the money.

6 months later no deposit has been returned and regrettably we are now pursuing the matter through the small claims court.

Ian has proven to be an inveterate liar.

Proceed with extreme caution. I never write negative reviews but am doing this in the interest of transparency so people can make an informed decision about working with this contractor.

    Regards, James
