    Ross was brilliant. He actually came out to the property to see why we had water ingress in our living room. He pointed out obvious issues to the brick work, bay window and guttering that previous contractors who came to quote did not. Ross fixed all the problems within 7 days from providing us with a quote and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Ross again.
