About Hollybank Enterprises Limited

We have been trading independantly for more than 8 years and have completed 8 complete property developments of our own, as well as providing our multi skilled services to customers. Our work history includes: preparing properties for the rental markets and giving them a "spruce up" between tenants; providing a kitchen design and consultancy service; kitchen and bathroom installations, painting and decorating, patch plastering jobs through to removal of damaged ceilings and re-boarding and re-plastering throughout; Creating and moving stud walls; installation of laminate and wood flooring. We also undertake garden tidies and garden decking We have worked on period properties through to modern properties and have a good understanding of the rules that apply to Conservation Areas.

We work in conjunction with a Gas safe registered Gas installer and an NICEIC Electrician when these services are also required.

Our handyman service includes maintenance and repairs; putting up shelves, blinds, curtain rails; flat pack assembly of furniture & kitchen units (we speak fluent Ikea!); mounting plasma screens, changing light fittings; sealing and re-grouting in bathrooms and kitchens; basically, all sorts of odd jobs. We currently have a maintenance contract with a local nursing home.

We are a husband and wife team who are professional, friendly and reliable and like to give that little bit of extra service to our customers.
