About Henman Building Services Ltd

Henman Building Services is run by myself, Richard Henman. I started in the building trade over 30 years ago from school and have developed a vast range of experience in all aspects of general building. As well as completing much of my own work I have previously sub-contracted to a number of reputable building companies and was a hands on site manager in Oxford for 5 years.

I pride myself in attention to detail and all work is carried out in an orderly and professional manner.

Timed served in all aspects of the domestic building trade for 30 years

  • Instal drain channel.

The job was discussed beforehand, timescales set and completed on time.

We are satisfied with the completed work.

  • Remove and replace coping stones on top of walls

Richard brought expertise to solve a problem left behind from previous builders. His knowledge of waterproofing the top of parapet walls was first class. The workmanship was excellent, real care was taken to achieve a great result. Although the weather interrupted the planned work Richard communicated throughout and always turned up exactly as promised. I would have great confidence in employing Richard on any future works, a real craftsman.

  • Terrace extension

Richard is an excellent man to carry out this type of job. He helps with the definition of exactly what has to be done, and then carries out the work exceptionally well, and
leaves everything exactly as it should be. We have used Richard on several occasions and we have always been happy with the result.
