  • Knock down internal wall and make good lounge/diner

    Danny and his team did an amazing job in helping us renovate our front room and repair an external wall. From start to finish Danny was always on hand and willing to discuss the work as it progressed - it was clear he takes great pride in his work. Danny also kept in regular communication so we always knew when he'd next be round.

    One job was to knock down an internal wall to make the front room and dining room one room. Danny and team were able to provide the following services for the renovation:
    • Plastering
    • Electrical work
    • Fitting new skirting, coving, architrave and window board
    • Bricking up old fireplace and flooring gap
    • Removal of internal wall
    • Plumbing

    The work was completed to a high standard, and we are really pleased with the end result.

    Danny also completed external repair work by dismantling the brick outer leaf down to the top of our first floor windows, installing new lintels, rebuilding and repointing the wall, as well as a few extra cosmetic repairs to the wall as a whole, which was the extra mile that we weren't expecting!

    This is the second time we’ve contracted Danny and his team in for a job, and again the finished look is second to none. All mess was cleared away, the job was finished very quickly and overall, the team were super helpful and friendly.

    Absolutely amazing lad, What a fantastic job that he has done. Very tidy , polite and friendly. He was very easy to make contact with and was very efficient in telling us a time that he could come and complete the job and very fair with his prices. He even came with a sample of what he would be using to do the job to make sure that we was happy with it. Dan was Respectful of our home. Having quotes from him for several other bits and bobs and also gave us alternative ways that we could do the other jobs that we want doing at an easier and more cheaper method. We are already in discussion with Dan to do another few jobs.

    Would definitely recommend to anyone that is wanting any kind of work doing.

    Dan was polite, efficient, competent and skilled, he carried out a few more jobs we needed doing as well as the plastering and was able to arrange an excellent carpet fitter for us in addition.we felt very comfortable leaving him in the house while we worked and would definitely have him back for other work

    Dan was able to come to our job quickly on a day that was convenient to us. Dan was also on time, which is hugely important to me!
    Dan repaired all the issues at the house to a very high standard.

  • remove 2 walls, replace 2 rads, plaster, relocate WC

    Initially I was happy, quick to start, work carried out seemed to be fine. However, a short while after all work was completed and paid for, the laminate floor became raised and bouncy.
    Contacted the builder so that this could be rectified received a couple of responses to say he would be back but then I got ignored. After a month of waiting, I had to pay someone else to sort it.
    The new builder found that the issue was that the floor was layed all the way up to the wall, no gaps left to allow for floor to expand.
    I also had to pay other builder to replace the skirting again (had already paid Danny to do this once) as it had to come off to repair the floor, and it got damaged in the process.
    There are also smaller jobs which weren't done correctly, again Danny did not return to fix despite agreeing to do so (door handle catching, skirting in another part not fitted properly, small issues but all paid for).

    Dan did a really good job which involved, plumbing, tiling, plastering, electrics (and anything else needed to do a full bathroom!)     Very polite and friendly tradesman dan contacted me swiftly to arrange a quote, gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to start the job less than a fortnight after the quote, team who plastered my house were very friendly and polite, they did a very good job, cleaned up after and gave me some tips on decorating the new plasterwork, once job was complete dan ensured I was happy with the work and was again very tidy and professional I would recommend this tradesman to anyone x

    Danny was on time and provided a competitive quotation on site. He then returned when he said to replace 9 wooden posts with concrete versions. He handled a very difficult neighbor well, was polite and pulled off a near miracle by hardly damaging any of the surrounding areas. He cracked on with the work and supplied all materials and removed all rubbish from site. Well done Danny and his small team.
