    Graham was excellent from the start. When he visited to survey the property, he was very professional and listened keenly to what I was looking for. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but there were several design ideas that Graham contributed which were very helpful. He also advised of things that will not work. The drawings were all of good quality and easy to understand. Roscrowden managed both the planning and building regs application which all went through very smoothly. I was very happy with the service and recommended them to a colleague. I would definitely use them again in the future.

    We are really pleased with the work graham has done for us on our kitchen/diner plans. We had a reasonable idea of what we wanted, however Graham was able to provide some further vision to the ideas to come up with the final plan that we are really happy with. Graham did an initial site assessment and then sketched some ideas out for us before evolving our preferred option into the final idea. Grahams pricing was very competitive and he turned to work round in good time.. All in all a pleasure to have doing the job, I would recommend graham n the future. Many thanks.

    We originally hired graham to help us plan a rear storey single extension project. However he did a lot more. He helped to create some great plans for our house as well as our rear extension with creative and practical suggestions whilst keeping our budget in mind. We made some changes throughout and graham was always happy to accommodate . He also managed our planning application submissions with the council and sourced some structural calculations for our build all at reasonable price. He is very friendly and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend him. We will definately be using graham for any future projects

    I highly recommend Graham as an architect.
    He has completed the designs to my 2 storey extension quickly, including adjustments.
    He was open to my ideas and had offered his own ideas too, which made our plans for the extension even better than we expected.
    I found Graham honest, very helpful and patient in answering the many many questions and enquiries I had.
    In addition to the plans, Graham also filled in and submitted the planning application for us.
    His charge for the above service was very reasonable, compared to the
    other architects I spoke to.
    Overall, he has offered an excellent service to us.

    After I had run into problems with the building plans drawn up by a previous architect, Graham picked up the pieces and resdesigned the plans for a two-storey extension. He has done an excellent job at very reasonable cost and I am very relieved to have found someone with a high level of professional competence and integrity. I just wish I had found him earlier!

    Graham attended site promptly and was able to give us plenty of advice about how to progress the job. He worked very quickly and the drawings he produced were accurate. Graham submitted the plans to the local authority and liaised with them on our behalf to gain the necessary certification. Graham is very personable and professional and we would certainly use him again.

    Graham has been very practical and professional in his approach. He has also come up with alternative approach and provided us with additional drawings so that we can choose how to implement the build.He has completed the design work ahead of agreed time.

    Graham was very helpful in assisting me getting some plans drawn up for an agricultural building which I needed relatively quickly for planning permission purposes - he arranged to meet me at a convenient time to myself 'out of hours' to take the measurements and provided useful advice throughout.     We rang Graham on a Saturday and he came to see us on the Sunday. He spent about 3-4 hours with us asking questions about the new kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and utility room extension we are planning. He then went away to work on the drawings and kept emailing us his ideas until we were happy with the final drawings.     I booked my plans through Grahams website and he did the survey the next day. He drew my extension and sent me my drawings about 2 days later. I was very happy with the drawings and the service I got. He charged me the price shown on his website and I got 5 drawings for my planning permission. I would recommend him.

    The service provided by Graham was first class, despite me changing the plans a few times, which might have tested the patience of a saint. The work that was done was the detailed planning and drawings for the extension of our 3 bed, 1 bathroom semi, to a 5 bed, 3 bathroom, it included loft, side and rear developments. The completed drawings were of an excellent standard, and were delivered promptly, and at a very reasonable cost.
