About Aspire Housing

Over 15 yrs experience in all aspects of partial or complete property refurbishment & restoration. We have worked on mansions and terraced houses, factories and shops, in this country and overseas. We specialise in the total job, from start to finish, no sub-contractors, we are responsible for everything so we are far quicker, cheaper and quality is far higher. Customers have one point of contact, covering each and every part of the work, there are no delays and the work is finished in one go.

We build bathrooms and kitchens, replace roofs, cure damp, build extensions, loft and garage conversions, patios and fences, conservatories and orangeries, re-wire and install central heating, we do everything expected in the complete refurbishment of a derelict property and more. The entire package, small or large.

We never ask for any deposit, up front payments or payment for materials, you pay in stages as work proceeds and final payment is never invoiced until the customer is completely happy and any last minute snagging issues have been resolved.

    Was really happy up to a certain point and a lovely gentleman. Due to family issues he explained he couldnt continue with the work. However really disappointed he took render off my home and then the next day said he couldnt continue. Left in the lurch with the front of house looking a mess. Very disappointed with that.
