    Ian was absolutely brilliant, he kept in contact before the job started, he arrived on time, did exactly what he said he would and spend far longer than antipipated, making sure he did a great job, making our massive 3rd floor tenement windows safe and secure. He came back a second day to undertake some additional work we had asked him to look at and again, communication was great, timely and another job well done.
    I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help, advice or a window or door fixed.

  • Repair to D/G window in bedroom on upper floor.

    Contacted Ian on the Sunday and spoke about the job. He advised about what he thought the problem was and that it could be fixed quite quickly and provided me with a reasonable quotation.
    Made arrangements for him to call the next day (Monday).
    He arrived at exact time and had the job completed 30 minutes later.
    Very pleasant person who explained everything about the repair and left the room very tidy. Would highly recommend.

  • Upvc door won’t lock

    Ian called and was able to take me through possible causes and costs. Came the next morning and fixed two doors very quickly while keeping me informed. Delighted with the results and would recommend.
