WARNING DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS GUY -
I recently hired him for a roof and internal insulation project at my property. We agreed upon a price, and one of the key terms was the insulation of all the living room walls.
On the agreed-upon day, he and his mate arrived at the property. To my dismay, they only insulated two sides of the living room walls, contrary to our initial agreement. When questioned,he changed his stance, claiming he only meant to insulate external walls. Despite this, he assured me he would return on Monday to inject a dry zone into the uninsulated walls.
Trusting his word, I made the grave mistake of paying him in full, as I was unable to be present at the property during the work due to my work schedule. Upon my return, I discovered my property in a mess with leftover plasterboard. Despite the inconvenience, I took it upon myself to clean up the mess and dispose of the remaining materials responsibly.

Monday came, and he failed to show up as promised. Numerous attempts to contact him were futile until I mentioned leaving a review. Suddenly, he responded, citing a hospital stay as the reason for his absence. Strangely, a friend observed him going about his normal activities, seemingly fit and healthy.
In light of this experience, I strongly advise against hiring this guy and his services. His lack of professionalism, unfulfilled promises, and disregard for the agreed scope of work make him someone to avoid.
