Kevin made a great job of our living room, dining room and hall. Really knowledgeable and will point out and help resolve issues. Great finish and really flexible with our schedule. Would highly recommend and use Kevin again for future flooring work.

Jamie was on time, polite and carried out the electrical work to a high standard. His quote beat others by far and even allowed me to source some materials for a cheaper price. A minor niggle was that I had to get a section of wall skimmed (at a very...

Our property was built in the late 60's and has never been fully rewired. We had a new kitchen installed and on the Electrical Installation Condition Report it was raised as a C1 No Earthing to Lighting throughout the property.
We are now selling our property and wanted to know whether we legally have to get this sorted to be in a state to sell it?
We have an internal wall which is plastered. On the opposite side we are having the kitchen refitted. During some work in the kitchen involving channeling the wall a hand sized area on the plastered side has now come off. There is a slight bulge on one half and an indent on the other. All surrounding plaster looks solid. Depth of the bulge and indent is inly 1mm but its noticeable. Should I get a plasterer to sand this down and reskim that portion of wall then re paint? Or is there alternatives? Thanks.
