I've never dealt with a more Honest,Genuine & Sound Contractor. He told me on the fone the job would be £70, £80 or £100 An he could of said £100 quite easily but he didn't. Top Man, 5* an i couldn't be happier now 'I'm cookin on Gas!'

Very pleased with the completed job. Mark explained the problem with my oven, obtained the part required and came back to do the repair within 48 hours. Very professional at a reasonable price.

Great job done, capped off our gas oven so we could plug in our new electric one when it arrived. Arrived when he said he would after texting to give us an estimate when he would be there and got the job done quickly.

Mark was very efficient carrying out the task and helpful whilst going beyond what was required by doing the final touches I was going to do for no extra charge. Mark was very detailed in his quote for the job I wanted doing, and when speaking on the phone was very polite and courteous. When I sent a text requesting the job be done he replied within an hour and came out the same day. He did not leave my house until he had checked every aspect of the job he had done, and even spent time chatting with me in general, never once looking at the time. A thoroughly likeable person, and I would highly recommend him for any job he quotes for.

Mark is a very good worker, unfortunately, he was unable to fix my cooker as
the replacement part did not fit (my cooker being over 20 years old) but he
tried his best. I would recommend him to my friends. He was very honest
and quick to respond.

Mark was great, he completed the work we required in a very professional manner. The job was more complicated than stated, but Mark overcame all problems with patients and hard work. He had all the tools and material to complete the work without leaving the site. Additionally, the price quoted before work started was the price on the invoice, even though the job took longer than expected. If you are looking for an honest, skilled, patient tradesman do not hesitate on hiring Mark.

I looked Mark up on line (I live in Canada but still have a house I let in Sheffield).
There had been a problem with a burner on the hob. Mark got in touch with the agency and the tenant. When he spoke to the tenant with a suggestion of how to fix the Hob, the tenant followed his advice and it worked.
No fee, excellent service and the tenant learnt something useful about the hob. Win win all round!

Every aspect of dealing with Mark was excellent.
He responded to my ad in plenty of detail and gave an idea of what the work may cost (which was dependent on a number of factors).
Mark called me to arrange a time to visit and was very thorough in obtaining information before a day & time was agreed.
During his visit, Mark was again very thorough and informative in trying to find the gas leak. Unfortunately he wasn't able to find the leak, which was clearly frustrating for Mark, but he did everything he could to help us with our issue (even down to written instructions on how to find the right tradesperson to help!)

He was very helpful out gas point was disconnected so arranged to come back in 3 days, he came installed new pipes tested everything and advised on when new kitchen installed they can just remove and cap off all this and was a very good price too
