A team of 8 people brought together to cover a wider spectrum of works operating from KIDDERMINSTER and PETERBOROUGH areas. We have a combined total of 100 years plus in all aspects of our work be it from Plastering to Painting, inside work or outside we have trained, competent, polite and diligent workers. We are confident to take on any job whether it is small and intricate to much larger projects. We always offer a no obligation quote and 95% of the time we complete the work in the timescale we agree with the customer whether that means longer hours or the use of more workforce, So those on a limited time frame need not worry employing us.
We also pride ourselves on never leaving a job unless the customer is completely happy.

  • Plastering ceilings in 4-5 rooms

    We have hired Fine Line design for plastering and painting our new house. Fairly as agreed we paid £2000 deposit to this company (10 days after work was started). 3 weeks layer job was still not even half finished and what was done was done to a very poor standard. Painting was carried out on top of old wallpapers that were not even removed properly from the walls. Ceilings were plastered so badly that no one from new teams was agreeing to replaster them. Both Karl and Shane appeared in our house only 2 times in three weeks, once when agreeing to do the work, and second time when collecting their tools. It was only one unknown to us “worker” working in our house. When we asked to return at least half of our deposit back - we were ignored by Karl and Shane! Very low quality of work , no discipline, Very bad experience for us((( please stay away from these people!

    We take note of your feedback and it is all too easy to give negative feedback especially when it is unjustified. We turned up on day1 to plaster only to find you had all the water off due to taking out the boiler, we left and you said we should bring our own water?? seriously ? you had 6 ceilings plastered over artex and 2 walls soundbloc'd and skimmed, a wall taken out and a stair ceiling removed all walls and ceilings mist coated and one room almost finished.
    The issue of painting over wallpaper was due to us not quoting to remove wallpaper (which we did on 4 rooms and used an industrial sander on ALL walls) the removal of wallpaper was to be done by yourselves as agreed.
    the whole issue of work surprisingly came the day after one of our workers had complained about another worker you had employed urinating on the bathroom wall and our guy refusing to wipe it clean to paint, when we bought this to your attention you did nothing. you emptied the whole garage into the living room (where we had to paint) to give the other workers on garage conversion a free run and hindered us from our work. We are not nor never have been the type of people to rip anyone off in fact we go the other way and do more than quoted for..but you guys said carl had agreed to this to make me agree and i had agreed to this to get carl to agree when neither of us had in fact agreed we later found out. Remember Daria you did say in your country they would rip you off ? :-(
