QUALIFICATIONS
Where you invest in an Engineer, your lender and Insurer will expect a Survey/Design/Report from a Chartered Engineer (CEng) who is also FICE. FICE is a HIGHER qualification than MICE. Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
PROCESS
We will call you, take your details and send you out a quote for the work. We then ask that you discuss this with us if needed and then sign and return your acceptance for us to proceed; via e-signature; easy.
You have more than 1 interested Engineer; here is a Prospect that became a Client;
Prospect question:-
"Other people who’ve quoted are at a similar amount but are happy to write a report about the builders work based on what builders have said and photographs of work in process along with the plans and measurements………………… I don’t fully understand what this whole process is so you saying you need to visit in person makes me worry the others who’ve quoted aren’t going to give me what I need for the inspector. Thank you!"
Our Response:-
We advise that when you rely on information provided by others, you will also replicate their errors and omissions.
Sample Report Sent
E-Sign document sent and signed; Prospect becomes Client
Client:-
"Thank you for that, it looks perfect and by the looks of it what City of (****) Council want."
