  • Fix guttering leak(s)

    Job not completed to satisfaction. Pressure tactics used to upsell against the work requested.
    The actual job posted has not been done and attempts to get this rectified have been fruitless.
    Mr. O'Reilly seems adept at making promises that are never followed up. Unfortunately I paid for the job before realising it was not completed satisfactorily - more fool me.
    It seems that now I have parted with my cash that this is the last that I will see of Mr. O'Reilly.
    Really poor service. Cannot recommend.

    This gentleman had 1 gutter joint that had started leaking after we completed the job I had told him I will be returning to sort the problem but in the mean when we had an appointment to come back and fix it I was in contact with someone else that stated that they tested positive to COVID 19 , so by law and common sense I had to self isolation I had sent a message stating this but is clearly wasn’t enough !
    There was absolutely no need for the negative feedback the problem would have been resolved had I been giving the chance to isolate first .
    I still stand by my word even after the feedback I Would gladly come out and sort the guttering joint .

    Rang very fast. Came round quickly. Polite. Know their business. Did a full survey. Advised on a range of work needed. Agreed a decent price. Completed the work on the day. Cleared all rubbishy away. Would use them again. 10 year guarantee. Recommended.
