Before setting up Durham Stonemasonry in 1999, I previously worked at Durham Cathedral for 16 years. Lewis our second stonemason also worked at The York Minister for 5 years then 19 years at Durham Cathedral Carl our third stonemason was trained by myself and Lewis with 3 years at York college There is only 3 of us in our team who are qualified Stonemasons, to the highest standards.
