During my first year trading I have produced designs for a variety of projects to include around 30 extensions to existing properties, of all ages covering the past 100 years.
I have obtained listed building consent for a grade 2 listed buidling currently trading as tearooms, to covert the first floor to guest bedroom accommodation.
I have obtained planing permission for a barn conversion to ancillary accommodation.
I have planning applications being considered for a new build 3 bedroom bungalow and a 4 bedroom house with swimming pool.
I also have 4 commercial projects in various stages.

I was responsible for overseeing a small team predominately working on healthcare projects on a design and build basis. In 2009 I was responsible for the deisgn and oversing construction of several projects in excessive of £12.5M combined construction value

I was in London at the Grand Designs Live Exhibition on the ‘Ask an Expert’ stand in April 2011, representing CIAT and giving advice to home owners about extending their existing property, or houses they are thinking about purchasing.

I have around 27 years of experience in mechanical engineering and building design and construction. I have a wide range of experience in building design and construction gained from designing and specifying a variety of different projects, including bespoke new build, and conversions of existing buildings, a mixture of domestic properties for both privately owned and social landlords, also commercial and industrial buildings. I also have experience in designing new build apartments, and conversion of former mills in to apartments.
