I have worked in the construction trade 13 years and have a good understanding and sufficient knowledge to undertake any work that I am advertising for. I served my time as a plumber with a respected company called John Nicholson plumbing and heating where I was trusted to work on projects for the Duke of Northumberland and Lord Ridley, the owner of Blagdon Estates and Blagdon Hall.

As well as my plumbing career I have also had to deal with a lot of none plumbing related projects such as joinery, basic electrics and landscape gardening.
I am able to maintain a safe working environment while undertaking any work activities. I am able to install,repair and decommission domestic hot and cold water systems, sanitation systems, central heating systems (non-gas pipework only.I have a level 2 NVQ plumbing (domestic)and level 2 key-skills in communication and application of number.

Issues with water tanks and cylinders such as over flowing and air locks always cause problems and can be very damaging to properties if not fixed,which is why I offer assistance for emergency repairs and maintenance to trace the source of any problems and rectify them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

As well as internal plumbing any external plumbing can also be taken care of such as blocked drains which can be unhygienic and smelly. They can be caused by numerous different things which can lead to drainage backing up into sinks and toilets around the property,in which case the drain will either need cleaned or unblocking using drain rods or pressure washer directly into the drain.

I also offer a full bathroom installation service from start to finish. Decommissioning the water service and replacing like for like connecting to existing service and drainage pipework, to full bathroom re-design if necessary all depending on what the customer specifies. I will fit all finishing touches to any bathrooms such as mirrors and cabinets if required I also know an excellent tiler if the customer would rather I had that done as well. Full plastic cladding and spotlights can also be installed if the customer wishes.As well as all interior maintenance and refurbishment I also offer a full landscaping and gardening service. Any fencing will be done using all treated green or brown timber. Decking will be installed to the highest standard using only screws to fix it together so there are no hammer marks anywhere on the deck. only quality boards and joists will be used by me unless the customer decides otherwise. Any turfing and garden levelling will also be taken care of whether it is a case of rotor-vate and level or chip off and apply top soil before laying turf. Trees and shrubs can be removed and taken away.
