About Digital Planit

DESIGN, PLANNING & BUILDING CONTROL EXPERTS...
Digital Planit is an established architectural design and planning business formed in 2009 by James Goatman. Prior to that I was previously engaged by a National Architectural Services Company as a Regional Surveyor and Designer. I formed Digital Planit as I felt that I could offer a more personalised and cost effective service by working independently. I have over 95% success rate on planning applications, with most applications going through without any issue and with many satisfied customers who would happily and readily recommend my service.

The majority of my work comes from word of mouth recommendation from previous customers and associated building contractors. Generally I concentrate my operations in Gloucestershire and Bristol but I can work further afield if required.

Qualifications

I offer a comprehensive design, planning & building control service at a FIXED FEE which is agreed upfront. Prices are dependant on the individual project. My Gold Service takes care of every aspect of your project from design to decision so there is no paperwork or headaches for you. I am experienced in all householder planning applications including single or multi storey extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, new builds, annexes, change of use and listed building consent. Permitted Development is a particular speciality.

My comprehensive planning and building control service caters for all your requirements and will ensure that you have all your permissions in place to allow you to commence construction lawfully. Trusted builder referals can also be provided.

Commercial projects are also welcomed and our mobile electronic surveying software is effective for office layouts and re-organisations.

We cover an extensive area where required and are happy to qualify any planning enquiry by telephone in advance of arranging a quotation.
