Our work history is extensive, there are too many jobs to list individually so we can tell you about our main clients:

We do regular work for Manning Staintons Estate Agents who are the largest property agent in Yorkshire. The jobs we have done for them number in the hundreds, from minor repairs to full refurbishments, damp proofing, insurance claims management... the list goes on.

Another well know client is City Gent Franshising Ltd. who have a chain of high end stores all maintined and renovated by our expert craftsmen.

We have also undertaken large jobs for Techno Construction Ltd (a well established architectural practise in Leeds).

All these companies are easy to contact and will recommend Degan Phillps to do your work.

We do a lot of insurance jobs where we manage the claim for the customer, ensuring they get paid out for all thigs they are eligable for. We have done many refurbishments for major insurnace companies such as AXXA, Legal and General, Halifax etc.

The main team are highly qualified and time served in various areas covering general construction. For the specialist elements e.g. damp proofing we are Sovereign Approved contractors (as a business), enabling us to give fully insurance backed guarantees.
We are a fully capable building company. We can take on anything from extensions to basement conversions, full refurbishment etc.

We do also have some specialist areas:
Damp control (penetrating & rising damp, waterproofing of basements with membrane or tanking systems - 20 year guarantees provided), condensation problems solved (many assumed damp problems are actually casued by condensation), large scale plastering (full houses etc, offices etc).
