    Great communication, friendly demeanour and very knowledgeable. Jake and Danny were always happy to answer my questions and i felt like i was always aware of what was going on. i Was surprised at how quickly they reached stages of the project. Some problems arose with the project but they were quickly remedied and overall we are happy with their work.
    My negatives would be that my front garden now has a fair amount of rubble in the grass and the existing staircase was also damaged when a wall was removed.
    Overall i would recommend Davis and co for your loft conversion.

    The job what they done it's good. There were some other issues during the work: they broke an outside solar light, splashed drink on the wall, scratches on the laminate floor, not covered up the stair carpet properly so there was a lot of dirt on it, they used the dirty broom on the carpet what they used in the loft and left quite a few rubbish what we had to clear up. They gave some money to cover our costs.

    I'm ever so sorry you wasn't completely satisfied with our services, we did take some money off to fix the issues which we thought you was happy with. We did lay a carpet up the stairs and this is what caused the Labourer to slip over and spill his drink. We did also message as soon as we saw this feedback offering to come back and rectify anything but unfortunately haven't got a reply. Again if there is anything we can do to change your experience into a 100% positive one please just give us a message and let us know.

They were very professional and even cleared the loft of all debris once work was completed, leaving it ready for use.     I’m very pleased with the work done by Davis and Co. After quoting for the job, Jake arrived bang on time and completed the job in two days. There was a small issue, with the design of a piece of equipment, but he came back and within an hour had it working as it should. They were both tidy, polite and informative about what needed doing and I will certainly be calling on their services again.

    Dan and his team were excellent from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout, which was an important factor for us. We encountered a couple of issues on the planning side of things, which Dan managed to resolve on our behalf. The work was carried out quickly and to a good standard.

    I employed jake and his team to install 20mm engineered wood floor in my penthouse apartment.
    They provided an absolutely professional service, and on this job used 3 qualified carpenters. They also fitted a fire door and painted the skirting boards.
    It took them one week only to complete the job.
    I look forward to working with them again for my next job of bedroom cupboards.

    I had the intention of just replacing the staircase into our loft and maybe renovating the existing space in the loft. After Dan had seen the space and the other roof space too, he suggested a full conversion of the roof space to include 2 large bedrooms, a hallway leading to the new stairs and a bathroom.
    The price we agreed on was very good and there was no extra cost at the end. The price Dan quoted was what I paid.
    His workmen worked hard from day 1 and through the summer and within 6 weeks the build was complete, all that was left for me to do was paint the rooms and carpet.
    His building team of 4-5 men were polite, hard working and very tidy. They made sure all their tools and equipment was away each evening when they left and all building mess was cleared up each night.
    The plasterers he employed were top quality and took 2 days to fully plaster all the rooms and render the outside wall.
    The building and plastering team for Davis and Co Carpentry are worthy of high praise and I fully recommend them.

    Firstly Dan is such a nice approachable polite guy, listens to what you want, reliable, punctual and really has the clients best interests at heart and goes beyond what I expected in a boss for the company. Of course nothing is plain sailing with a big job,if ever I had any worries dan would pick up the phone immediately and sort anything at a drop of a hat! We had a loft conversion with 2 dormas (which was only meant to be 1 initially but dan thought of the bigger picture of the potential up there) and managed to have a lovely 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom fitted!just over 6 weeks start to finish, if you are considering a loft conversion davis & co are the guys for you they know what they are doing and they have the BEST PLASTERERS going I was amazed! Minimal disruption, only until the staircase went in which was about week 3/4 and done in a day, really good job on this also! It’s a family run business with his sons, and a couple of men he’s worked with for many years, they really work hard and stick to deadlines! Dan took us to a couple of recent jobs on a Saturday, by the Monday we had the artitect, by the Thursday the scaffolding was up and work started on the Monday, they don’t mess around!All very thoughtful as I was currently 27 weeks pregnant when started !I would recommend Davis & Co for any loft conversions as they have done so many from working up in London for many years and now trying to stay more local to home, also competitive prices!!!! Get yourselves a quote!!
