In the past 28 years since I have been self-employed, I have never advertised for work. All my work has been through word of mouth and recommendation and has been continuous until this recession. I still continue to carry out small jobs for customers who have been with me for twenty years and more, and have many customers who would be very pleased to give me recommendations about the quality of my work and my trustworthiness, including the two recent bathrooms which I have completed.

About David Freakley

I served a five year apprenticeship and gained my C&G plumbing certificate which also included gas and oil central heating approximately 45 years ago. I then worked for a plumbing and central heating company for 16 years before moving on to plumbing and heating pub refurbishment work, which I did for eight years. I then opened my own plumbing installation and retail shop, which I had for five years. I then started working for myself doing gas central heating and bathroom installation. About 10 years ago, I did not renew my Corgi and confined my work to complete bathroom installation, including the erection of stud walls, plastering and tiling, and other general plumbing works.

City & Guilds Plumbing. Member of Institute of Plumbing and Central Heating Engineers for approximately 20 years. Complete bathroom installation - any type of bathroom - including bathroom furniture, minor electrical works, tiling, stud walls and radiator installation. Have built complete en-suite bathroom.
