About D&K Building Services

Over the past 25 years we have carried out many building projects within the domestic property market, ranging from bathrooms and kitchen remodelling to loft conversions and extensions.
These are generally our main projects but we do carry out smaller jobs like block paving, fascias/ soffits and window fitting.
We offer free estimates, a website,references can be obtained and if required we can arrange to make site visits to previous clients.

Qualifications

City and Guilds in brickwork and advance brickwork,
City and Guilds in plastering.
City and Guilds in Carpentry.
Our electricain is NICEIC Registered.
Our plumber and Heating Engineer is Gas Safety Registered.

    D&K have completed our extension.

    We are very pleased with the extension and the work done by D&K, which we had Dave lead our build and the team.
    At every stage of the process they have been a beacon of support and advice.
    The quote was clear and precise and we felt reassured from the start.

    We were well informed of planned work, deliveries, who would be coming to complete work and what else needed to be considered. Dave was so helpful and was always available at the end of the phone if we needed to clarify anything.

  • Kitchen and dining room refurbishment

    It has been a really positive experience having D&K in our house. The whole team were professional, polite, tidy and respectful of our home. They always talked to us about what stage they were at and what was coming next. They stuck to their estimate for the main work and accommodated any further work we requested without any fuss. The refurb was of a really high standard and we now have a beautiful kitchen and dining area. We highly recommend D&K and will certainly be asking them to carry out more work for us in the future.

    I think the first thing to say is that choosing D & K Building Services was definitely one of the best decisions I could have made. Dave and Kev were great to deal with, polite and courteous throughout the project. I am unable to fault anything at all. All trades were introduced personally by Dave and Kev on the first day of starting and I have to say all were a pleasure to have on site. Everybody treated the project as though it was their own from the cleaning up after a days work to the excellence in their work and even to the advice offered. I cannot thank the team enough for the finished result which I will enjoy for many years to come. I should add came in bang on budget!
