I am not a contractor, I am an independent CSRT surveyor of damp, timber and structural waterproofing for specs and litigation.This has been my occupation for 46 years.I mostly cater to problems that others don't seem to be able to solve or understand. I can save you hundreds from inexperienced contractors . My reports are legal documents. My fees are £160 in most instances Or £40 for WhatsApp consultations. I can help argue home buyers reports . -Certificated for the application of Delta cavity membrane drainage system.
-Court recognised Expert Witness.
