About Cuthbert & Walsh
Ryan - started plastering and rough casting for a small family run building company, and sharply developed his skills working on private owned properties of all shapes, sizes in all weather conditions! On completion of this Ryan gained scaffolding qualifications and worked all over Scotland as part of the restoration Scotland efforts for a few years until he joined the Royal Marines. This saw Ryan deployed across the globe as a helicopter sniper. Upon closing that chapter he returned to what he always loved, working on the tools! After securing employment within a housing trust in the West Midlands where He started working with Mike was the next stop in Ryans journey.
We covered the Occupational Therapy sector within the district being responsible for building disabled access ramps, erecting hand rails and a whole variety of assisted living materials and aids.
Mike - started his career manufacturing bespoke furniture before changing to a career in construction. A qualified joiner Mike turned His hand to fitting kitchens and all aspects of carpentry whilst learning additional skills such as plumbing ground works, fencing and tiling. Mike went into management of construction projects a few years later and followed His passion in site management ,project management before choosing to go into Health and safety.
Mike has gained a whole range of skills from His 27 years working in the building sector from inception to completion of projects whilst ensuring customer service, professionalism, quality of works and health and safety are always at the forefront in any project we undertake.
